Josh:
Born in Delta, CO in 1980 he enjoyed any and all sports. He played baseball, basketball, football, and any other competitive sport that he could be involved in. As he got older he continued to excel in sports. He graduated from Paonia High School in 1998. He went on to pursue a degree at University of Northern Colorado. He moved to Missouri in 2000 and worked through the ranks in the auto industry. He started as a sales representative and worked his way into Finance and Insurance.
In 2011, he went out on a limb and decided to start his own business. He was tired of being a single dad who never saw his children due to the horrendous hours and stressful job. He had owned timeshare in the past and was tired of all of the second-rate companies out there that took your money and never helped you. He wanted to create a family owned and operated business that stood by what they said and actually helped people out of their timeshares. In December of 2011, he met the love of his life, Courtney. Together they have built the business that has now been open for 3 years and hosts 4 other employees beside himself. Allow us to introduce you to our team.
Courtney:
Born in Hobbs, New Mexico in 1989 she moved to Missouri in 1993 with her mother to be closer to her grandparents. She graduated from Cassville High School in 2008. She was involved in tumbling and photography. She moved to Springfield to pursue a degree in Health Communications at Missouri State University. She has always been passionate about customer service and helping others. With the business she is able to do this daily. In 2011, as aforementioned, she met Josh. They were married in September of 2013. They enjoy traveling their two kids Noah and Addison, going to lake, and watching movies.

Jessica:
Grew up in a small town near Table Rock Lake, enjoys fishing, kayaking and everything outdoors. Family is always a priority to me, most importantly my son. Every job has been based on solely on customer service, which I enjoy because nothing makes me happier then hearing someone at ease and very pleased about a service. That is what makes this job very enjoyable, when calling a client and letting them know the process is done and they don’t have to worry anymore, is very rewarding. I have became close with most clients I talk to, so knowing personally this is huge relief for them to not be an owner or be responsible for their timeshare really makes my day!
I look forward to helping every client, new and old!
Shannon:
I was born and raised in Kansas and have lived in Missouri for almost three years now. I enjoy walking and playing with my two dogs. I try and help people whenever I can. If I can someone’s day better, or simply share a smile with a stranger, I feel my day is complete.
I look forward to helping everyone with their timeshare needs and putting your mind at ease!
Rachel:
I have spent my whole 29 years in the Ozarks. I grew up with a love and compassion for all kinds of animals and I have 3 dogs of my own. Their names are Jasper, Theodore (Teddy) and Maggie; the 2 boys are Yorkies and my girl is a Weimaraner. They love to go to the park and explore, or anywhere for that matter. My favorite time of the year is autumn. I love the scent of the leaves and crisp air that autumn brings. Sitting outside with a hot glass of cider reading a book and watching my dogs play might rank in the top 3 of my favorite things. Another of my favorites is my 5 nieces. They range from 4yrs old to 18yrs old. I love talking to them, watching them grow into amazing young women and spending time with them.
Chris:
Raised up in Colorado, and have lived in Missouri for over ten years. Most important person in my life is my ten year old daughter. She is my pride and joy. I am one of four siblings in my family. My family is spread apart, from Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, and Australia. I enjoy various outdoor activities, from playing softball, having BBQ’s with friends, and traveling in the US and abroad. I have been fortunate to be able to travel to many countries, and learned that I should be happy with what I have, because I have been to places where people have next to nothing, but makes best out of what they do have! I am grateful to have my daughter, my family, friends, and the opportunity to have the life we want to live by.
I look forward to assisting each client and provide with a positive experience throughout the transfer process.
