Q: Am I responsible for any other fees besides the purchase price of the property?

Answer: No; you are only responsible for the purchase price. Once the transfer is completed,   you will be responsible for the maintenance fees, special assessments, and club dues.

 

Q: What type of payment method do you accept?

Answer: We accept visa/mastercard/Discover/American Express credit card or you can send a personal check.

 

Q: Is the property information accurate?

Answer: Yes; before we list the property, we request an “estoppel” on each property. An estoppel is a certificate or letter from the resort that outlines the exact status of the timeshare property. It explains any maintenance fees pending, as well as the rules or restrictions on how the timeshare may be used.

 

Q: Are these properties free and clear from any mortgage dues?

Answer: Yes; all of the properties listed are free and clear from mortgages and liens.

 

Q: How long does the transfer take?

Answer: An estimated time for the closing process is anywhere from 8-24 weeks depending on where the property is located. Some states and/or countries and/or resorts can take longer due to specific recording or transfer procedures.

 

Q: Will I get a copy of new deed once it has been recorded?

A: Once it has been recorded to the county and /or the resort, you may contact the county       or resort for a copy of the recorded deed to be sent to you.

 

Q: Does some resort require First Right of Refusal?

A: Yes; some resorts do require First Right of Refusal. Some resorts have the right to take the property back first before a change of ownership, and if the resort does exercise their rights, we will refund or replace the property that was purchased.

 

Q: Will the maintenance fees listed stay the same when the transfer of ownership is         completed?

A: In most cases it will stay the same. Unfortunately we can not determine if the resort will increase their fees. The maintenance fees listed are the most up to date amount.
