I would like to start of by saying finally free! I was more than happy to write this review because they have done exactly as they said they would. They took my timeshare when I had no idea what to do. I was concerned as anyone would be that either I would never hear from them or it would not get done. Great news is they were easy to work with and kept me up to date on what was going on with my time share. It was a bit of a wait to get done but was done in the time they said. Very happy!

We attended a meeting on 10/5/15 provided by Allied Solution Group. They presented a process for the disposal of Timeshare ownership that impressed us. We ended up signing a contract for this service. On 10/21/15 we received a notice from the Board of Directors of our Timeshare stating that it is no longer financially feasible to continue to operate the timeshare and therefore are recommending that the membership vote to dispose of it. We contact Allied Solution group of the situation and they volunteered to dissolve our contract and return the deposit. We found the experience a little unnerving but was very thankful that the staff Allied Solution Group was very understanding and helpful.

The presentation had to do with timeshare condominiums, of which I am an owner. I was anticipating having to listen to a hard sell presentation asking me to buy more and I vowed to not spend a single cent. Boy, was I surprised. Instead of trying to sell me another timeshare, (remember they said they weren't selling a thing). . . . Allied was offering to take the condominiums off the hands of the attendees - for a price. The presentation explained why owning a condominium is just not a good financial idea and went into the details of why this is the case. I already agreed with what they were saying before I entered the room, but it was not what I expected to hear that day. Some, perhaps most, of the attendees were burdened by high loan and maintenance fees. They perhaps looked upon Allied's offer as a dream come true. They presented a cost analysis to show that, even though Allied was being paid to take the timeshares away, the price to do that was less than the unending burden of maintenance fees, etc. While DH was not in a mood to unload our condo, it seems that Allied Solutions Group does indeed offer a solution for many and if it can continue to do so and still make a profit - good for them. They seem to offer a win-win situation. 4 stars for the product, the presentation, and the friendliness of the presenters.
